Here is what to expect when ordering from the AlphaTech Official Store.

U.S. shipping cost

Standard shipping is $6.90 per order for all U.S. orders, not per item.

When your order ships

Orders are processed and shipped through our fulfillment centers within 1 business day.

Estimated delivery time

Delivery usually takes 3–4 calendar days after the carrier receives your shipment, depending on your location. This transit estimate is in addition to order processing time.

This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier schedules, weekends and holidays may affect arrival times.

Tracking your order

A tracking number will be provided when your order ships. Tracking information may take a few days to update in the carrier's system. If details are not available immediately, please check again later.

Shipping methods and separate packages

We select the shipping method for your order and currently cannot accommodate requests for a specific carrier.

Orders with multiple items may ship separately and arrive on different days. The U.S. shipping charge remains $6.90 for the order.
