Can I watch while I'm in another city?
Yes. Use Tuya Smart or Smart Life on your phone. The camera needs power and home Wi-Fi with internet access; your phone also needs an internet connection. Test remote viewing before departure.
Can I check a sitter's visit after it happened?
Install a compatible microSD card and enable recording before you leave. Review the saved period through the app. Your view, recording settings and available storage determine what is captured and retained.
Does this camera let me hear or talk to my dog?
This version captures video without sound and does not provide two-way talk. It lets you see visible activity in the room. If your decision depends on hearing a conversation, this version won't meet that need.
Will one camera cover every room?
The 160° lens gives a wide view from one position, but it cannot see through walls or around furniture. Start with the pet-care area that matters most. For separate spaces, check each position before choosing how many cameras you need.
Can it record in a completely dark room?
It does not have infrared night vision. Check the actual image with your normal evening lighting before relying on that placement.
Is there a monthly recording fee?
Local microSD recording does not require a monthly subscription. The memory card is sold separately. Live viewing requires an internet connection at the camera and on your phone.
How soon can I have it ready for a trip?
